This is the suquel to Rebirth Of Mothra. Strange things are happening, monster starfish are attacking people and two kids are in the middle of it. They find a strange monster, friendly and it's connected to an ancient sunken city that has resurfaced after thousands of years.

Trapped along with two Trasure hunters they must protect them from the giant mosnter that destroyed the city in the first place, but the Twin's evil sister wants the treasure as well and she will do anything to get it, to wipe out human kind. It's a worth while sequel and worth watching, REBIRTH OF MOTHRA 2.
