FROSTBITER, WRATH OF THE WENDIGO. They took the comcept from an old horror comic, which you can read on the DVD. Which is
pretty cool. The plot surrounds a drunken hunter who blows away an old man. He learns to regret that when he also breaks
a scared circle which unleashes an ancient Native American demon called the Wendigo.
Now the forest has gone nuts and what you least suspect becomes a horrible monster, a bird, a centerfold, a pot of chili
all becomes the enemy. It's up to the Granddaughter of the slain man to reseal the beast back into it's prison before the
world ends. I know I already reviewed this and gave it a good grade dispite some of the acting was a tad on the corny side.
What makes this a buried treasure is two words, CHILI MONSTER. How many movies has a pot of chili come to life and bite
the hands that cooked it? None, this movie stands alone in that fact. The creature effects in this movie was just great
and I can watch it over and over again. Any fan of TROMA films will love FROSTBITER: WRATH OF THE WENDIGO.
